I had the amazing opportunity to mount my dads Muzzy bull from last year. I have never done taxidermy, but looking to start getting into it pretty heavy.

This is my first attempt so don't bash me too hard!!! I am excited to see this bull all the time and remember the memories of that day!

Not bad. Couple things that stand out is your ear position. Looks a bit low and too far back. Grooming will make it look a lot better. Remember to groom from center of the back down the side of the neck not back. The mane needs to be pulled forward, that hair needs to hang straight down. It's too late to adjust it now but for future reference. Put the skin in position pin the arm pits where they belong then pull up the mane towards the face. Lastly your colors around your eyes and nose. May just be the pic. But a good paint schedule is flesh, cream, dark gold, then brown with a drop of black. The nose should be more brown than black. And like I said it may just be the pic otherwise good job.
