I have the summit wich is a step down from yours but I love it. It preforms well in thick pine stands and deep canyons. The one thing I have found is when you get ready to go into that stuff, make sure you give it time to turn on and aquire its position first. There have been a few times where I have been at the edge of some nasty stuff and just turned it on and went in and my track mapping was all over the place. If you give it time to adjust to where it is first, I have never had an issue.
