General Elk Trespass Fee

Next year my grandpa and I will be hunting general elk in Wyoming. I know where elk are, but unfortunately they're in areas he'll be unable to get to. I was wondering if anyone knew of any ranches I could pay a trespass fee on so we might have a chance at getting him a decent bull. This will more than likely be his last big hunt, and he's never shot a bull before. I tried googling this, but I had little luck. Thanks in advance.
