Current bid is $5,000 for an Iowa deer license. At least it is going to a good organization and I am surprised it took this long.

The various conservation orgs have been auctioning those NR Iowa deer tags for a loooooong time actually. They give out 50 or so to various organizations, who can either auction or raffle them. Typically they auction on ebay, and the final price has been running around 17k recently.
