I know, I know, you all thought this thread had about unraveled!
I just had to get in one more comment cause I'm more stubborn than I am bright!!
For those of you with the means to lay down the big bucks(10k+) so you don't have to wait in line like the rest of us, more power to you.. . . And thank you!
And for all you guides and outfitters suckin on that same tit, , , hey, we all gotta make a livin somehow!
Thats the "American Way".
Just remember that, no matter how successful you are, your venison won't taste any better, and your "trophy" won't mean any more, than the ones we common folk get to enjoy, , , , , occasionally.
Like I often tell the ANTI"S, if it weren't for us poor, simple minded, common folk that buy those huntin and fishin licenses every year, your only exposure to "wildlife" would be in old American Sportsmen episodes and back issues of Outdoor Life!
Now, if I can just figure out how I'm going to tell my grandchildren what real huntin used to be like!

Bull I will go back to what I said a long time ago. You played the game the way it is set up. You should not feel quilty about anything. If the majority of Utah people think this system is wrong then they should do something to chance it. Hire the best guide you can find and go out and kill the next state record and I for one will be tickled pink for you.

I have to pop in here.
Bullmania, I too have been blessed financially! But I made a choice to play the system/Draw odds and such... Then Utah decided to rip off the rest of the United States citizens with their money grabbing license fee for out of state hunters. And limited Areas. So I donated to SaveWolves.org and Gaurdians of the wolf. Hoping they make their way down from Yellowstone and get their fair share of venison without the out of state money grabbing the Utah game dept.. decided to implement. Yes, I withdrew from Utardville. (Forever) and that's a long time... Duhhhh.
Remember now,,, don't judge other people here.
Donate, spend, give, pIss off,, whatever you call it, just do whatever you want with your hard earned money,, It's America.
Oh, by the way, I wasnt' born with a silver spoon in my a$$ either.
Hunt while you can, cause some Game and Fish Dept.. State Govt.. is going to Tax/charge/Fee/Bill/etc.. so you can go hunting.
The rest of the people can just watch it on TV. After they pay their TV bill !!!
I'd rather be 4 wheelin and running the game off from the UTARDS !
That has got to be the best Name for a Utah Hunter. Especially if he or she is paying the Utah Bill. Playin the Game.
Good luck with the Money Tag.... The rest of'em are just watching. Sitting in the sidelines,,,, waiting for the Tag......Jeeees. And to think anyone would have the notion to start a youngster out in this mess just hoping you get to go. Lots of other sports out there to hang your hat on instead of the BS these guys are pushing.
Bottom Line: If you have the Money,,, Go Hunting... The rest of America will drool over your trophy on TV. Be sure and get a Manager or Scout to sell your rights to the show,, then you can add a couple mill to your profolio.

Whether or not i Harvest a big bull it is going
