Once the block wears off you will be in for a bit of fun. Damn painful. Took mine about 24 hours to wear off, then it was rough for about 10 days.

I've had both of mine replaced, it took awhile but you'll be glad you had it done. Good luck and get yourself a good pair of knee pads.
