So, I'm a muley hunter through and through and have never killed, but am getting a serious itch to kill a whitey buck. I was wondering if anyone could help steer me in the right direction? I hate to use my muley tag and was wondering if there were any leftovers that a guy could pick up and have a decent chance at a DIY, public land whitey buck (in this case size does not matter

If I don't end up with a muley are there any late season general tag areas that could offer what I'm looking for? The closer the unit to the Star Valley/Jackson area the better.
A whitey is something I want to kill at least once, for the experience as well as the meat.
