Hey guys, Dad finally drew his moose tag, been 4 decades worth of applying! Anyhow, he got to the age of where waiting for the Snowy Range and Big Horn tags were out of the question for drawing. So he applied for a new area that we did do some research in prior and the animals they are getting out of there are decent. He drew around the Lander area and we have began doing more of the homework that is needed, but sure would like to hear any input on that area if anyone is willing to give information up on moose hunting there? Thanks!

Congrats after some talking with my brother i decided to put in for moose in idaho this year...We think we have maybe 10-15 years of moose left if the wolves keep their ways...our moose herds have been steadily declining since the wolf got reintroduced..I have another couple of weeks to find out if i am one the lucky first year appliers to draw
