I have several different mounts with different positions. It really depends on the type of rack you have ie; very wide but not tall, very tall but not wide, tall and wide etc. FWIW, I like the ones I have on the wall in corners. I had the Taxi. mount them turned more than the standard 1/8th or less. He did them more than 45degrees which makes the hair or skin kind of wrinkle a bit which makes them look very real. I also have one that has a rack that is 29" wide with long forks but the rears kind of went back rather your typical strait up. This entire rack looks like its wide open rather than boxy. I had him mount it like the buck was sticking his nose up the backside of a doe, which lays the rack back even more making it look very cool. To each his own, but again I think you should mount it according to the type of rack you have........................rf
