I just finished one of my buddies sons first buck that he shot on the general rifle hunt this year.
How do you guys think it turned out?

Overall it looks very nice. Except the rack is leaning towards the left side of the deer. If you look at the distance between the burl or bottom of the antler and the top of the eye, it shows up. Or look at the top of the tines. It's a heck of a nice first deer.

I like a lot about the mount and maybe its just the pictures, but why does the neck look flat in front below the throat patch and the lump that appears on the back side on the left. Saying that I've got mounts that look a lot worse than that.
