So the changes in the muzzleloader tags has me unsure about whether i will draw my first choice or not. So i was thinking of applying for 30,31,32,20,21,22 for a second choice.
Is this hunt doable for a Muzzleloader Cow tag? Decent chance of finding elk?
I've been checking out the stats on the DOW web page but wanted to get a real world opinion. These don't appear to be units with high numbers of elk but success rates are comparable to other units.
If these would be a dumb choice, any other thoughts in the NW corner of the state?
