MC, That made me laugh! You've just described about 20% of the people who attend the race.
I've been several times. A few things struck me; it's easier to follow the race on TV, It's easier (and more fun) to follow the race with a race radio and headset, it's one helluva event and it's way more than just the races! Totally fun all the way around even if you don't like the constant-left-turn stuff.
I'm missing it again this year. Bummed but I need the money for applications and can't do everything this year.
