As I will be unsucessful in the bull elk draw, and will get my bonus point. If there are leftover antlerless elk tags can I put in for that draw and use up the bonus point I have for cow elk. Or am I prohibited from applying for two different sex's of the same species? I would think I could.

You can put in for any left over cow elk tags, but the bull point will not be used. Antlered and antlerless points are different.

Since you didn't draw a elk tag yes you can put in for any left over cow tags. And yes the bull and cow points are seperate from each other, so you would not use you bull points.
