Got this from the G&F website.

If you have applied for the following hunt codes: Der-3-294, Elk-1-251, Elk-1-273, Elk-1-281, Elk-1-312, Elk-1-318, Elk-1-327, Elk-1-329, Elk-1-361, Elk-2-179, Elk-2-191, Elk-2-295, Elk-2-324, Elk-2-360, Elk-2-366, Elk-2-404, Elk-3-136, Elk-3-242, Elk-3-326, Elk-3-340, you need to know that the ?fee-type? was incorrectly stated as ?Standard?. The fee-type for these hunts has been corrected to state ?High-Demand?. For all applicants, if you are successful in drawing one of the above-stated hunt codes, you will be ineligible for applying for either a ?High-Demand? and/or ?Quality? hunt code for that respective big game species for the following license year. Additionally if you are a non-resident which has applied for one of the hunt codes above, your license fee will be higher than stated in the RIB (Non-resident, high-demand elk = $772.00 and non-resident, high-demand deer = $355.00).

If you have applied through the Department's on-line application system for one of the above stated hunt codes, the Department strongly recommends that you review your application. Please make any necessary changes to your application if you do not want to pay the higher fee or you do not want to be ineligible to apply for either a ?HD? or ?Q? hunt code for that species the following license year. You may change your online application up until April 8, 2009 at 5 PM MST. If you have submitted a paper application, the Department will be contacting you regarding your hunt selections and additional license fees that may be due to the Department.

The fee-type for these hunts has been corrected to state ?Standard?. For all applicants, if you are successful in drawing one of these hunt codes, you will be eligible to apply the following license year. The non-resident standard elk license fee is $547.00 for MB/ES or $337.00 for antlerless. If you submitted an online application, you may make any changes as needed or if you applied by paper, the Department will be contacting you regarding your hunt selections and any refund that may be due to you.
