Non resident help

Four of us from Oregon are headed to Idaho this year for archery elk and we are trying to choose a unit to hunt. We are looking at 48, 49 and 76. Any info to help us narrow it down to one unit would be greatly appreciated. We have made calls into the biologist, but keep missing each other on the phone, so I thought I would try here for some help.

49 doesn't have a general rifle spike season. They don't shoot a ton of them, but I think it adds up.
