nonres tag cuts

I've heard a few rumors about non-resident tag cuts in region H and G for deer due to the high winter kill. I can't find anything that shows tag cuts. Is this true?

I don't believe they have cut any nonresident buck tags and there is no way they can cut resident tags because G & H are unlimited general tags for them. They have decreased the doe/fawn tags substantially and I think the seasons are being shortened a few days, rather than cutting tag numbers.

Non-resident quotas and seasons in G&H are exactly what they were in 2010. No cuts. 800 tags in G, and 1,200 tags in H.
