NR Wyoming Elk??

I'm a non-res with max points looking for a quality area to hunt elk. Goal is a 300+ bull. I'm both an archery and rifle hunter, primarily archery.
I'm looking for a D.I.Y. hunt, so no wilderness areas. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I've heard both good and bad about units 30, 31, & 32, but I'm not sure those are the units for me.

I've heard archery in 38 is a pretty good unit. But thats about all I know at this point. I'm lookin into the same area rifle for my wife and ain't finding much info. Good LUCK!!
