October 6A rifle bull qeustion

Anybody on here hunt this mid-october rifle bull hunt in 6A? How was it? Were the bulls pushed off into the canyons from the previous cow hunts? Trying to decide if I should apply for this or not and wondering what people have seen as far as elk behavior goes.

Not sure about this years hunt but for 2013 remember it is only for 6A South and West. I was scouting 6A for whitetail in the southern and western part of the unit a few years back in the mid oCt time frame and there are some bulls to be had. I still think there are way too many tags for 6a. With the new road restrictions it will be even harder.
