Processor Unit 24 Deming or Silver City area

Can anyone recommend a good processor for NM unit #24 area? Anywhere between Silver City or Deming or even Las Cruces. Any recommendations is appreciated. Looking for someone who can process into good sausage. Thanks.

Uncle Lee's near Silver City. Actually it is in Arenas Valley if you are familiar with the area. He makes excellent sausage! We take all our stuff to him and he is reasonable on his price. About $1.00 per pound! Hope that helps!

Helps a lot! Sausage is the nly reason I want a processor otherwise I do it smyself.
