My wife told me this last spring that she would like to try and get herself a nice mulie buck. Well I deployed and we spoke about it more, she was all for it and pushing for me to make sure i try and get home before the season opened. Well god and country were looking out for me and i made it home for the opener. We went out and put on some miles and found her a great first deer, heck great first big game animal she has ever killed. She made a exceptional 184 yard shot with the 270 to put the buck down. To say I am proud is a understatement. I love her and cant think of anyone I would rather be hunting with.
