Public Land Google Earth KMLs ???

This is a shot in the dark.... Who provides or would provide a Public Land Google Earth KML file for Utah, Wyoming and Colorado? Together or Seperately...

I would love to overlay public land on Google Earth and Just wondering if there is already a file out there that would do this...

You can get ownership overlays from the individual forest and you can also add a BLM sma server that will show western BLM lands. Those coupled with Esri's topo server should get you pretty close.
