Remington has a preliminary settlement of the trigger class action lawsuit. For more information go to the Remington web site and click on the link on the left I would post the link but I don't remember how with this phone. Read all the provided documents carefully to understand what you are eligible for and how to join the suit.

So?

Can I Slap a Suit Against Remington for each Remington I Own that have never Failed?

I know there's a few Problems & Few people that have Lost their Lives!

Will Money/Winning a Law Suit bring somebody back to Life?

No it won't!

But Hopefully the Problem can & will be Fixed!

My Question is this:

Even if Remington offers everybody a New Free Trigger you know first hand only a Fraction of the Guns will turned back & Fixed!

Yes, you can register every qualifying firearm you own.

It is now in the hands of the firearm owners. If they want a different trigger to assure they don't have a Walker failure they can. If they want to keep the Walker they can. If they want a custom trigger they can at their own expense. Unless you have a 721 like me and qualify for a $10 gift card at the over priced Remington store.
