Sargent Bear hunt

I drew out for one of the 10 tags for the bear hunt on the Sargent WMA. Does anyone have any advice for this hunt? I have never been to the area and heard I will be doing a lot of hiking.

I drew that tag as a non-resident a few yrs ago. I'd wait until the acorns are abundant. Saw lots of bears walking around
