Scope rings suggestions

My brother bought a Leupold VX-6HD with the 34mm tube he is planing on mounting it on his Fierce rifle. My question is this, what are some recommendations on scope rings that you would use to mount this scope onto his gun? He bought some Warne quick release rings but had decided that he doesn't want to use those, he would much rather use fixed rings instead. Thanks for any and all suggestions you may give.

34mm (tube) is a BIG scope.

He also has Talley base's is there specific rings that he would have to buy to fit them that wouldn't be quick release? Thanks for the replys

Most 34mm scopes get mounted on a pic style rail. Seekins makes the best as far as bang for your buck, IMO.
