How high will bulls winter? Planning a shed hunting trip next week, the bottom of the valley around here is about 3000 and the tops of the mountains are 8000/9000 feet. Still a lot of snow on the tops probably over 6 feet in a lot of places but most of the southern slopes should be burned off.

It just depends on where you’re looking. There’s probably a 4,000 foot elevation range depending on the location.
