South Slope of Uintas

Ok, my boy drew the Youth Bull tag and lots of people have suggested "The South Slope". Can anyone give me a general or even detailed description of what is classified as the South Slope?

We spent the entire youth hunt last year on the S slope..
Would never do it again ...

Possibly the poorest elk hunting I've ever seen.

And Ya, there's a few elk there, but my gawd,
chased from hell to China.. And NO bugling, sucked.

Been there,done that on the South Slope!

Just Prior to the Youth Hunt all the wanna be StickFlippers were/are playin their Music way too Loud & Damn sure way too early!

It sure educates the Bulls & they become very Call Wise/Shy!

I called several in that year that came in Silent & I blowed it a few times because they came in Silent & I didn;t know they were there until it was too late!

The Music being made was Un-Real!

This was prior to season but at least 6 weeks before I heard a 'REAL' Bugle!

Ya,I know,Real/True StickFlippers don't pull this kinda BS,surely don't wanna Rile ww again!

They ain't got Wings or MM Halo's but they sure look good to me!
