Well, it is only in the northeast. Only in Catalonia. They will still practice in in the west and in the north central Basque region - Pa?s Vasco (where NVBighorn's relatives are from) and in Portugal and lots of Latin America.

Catalonia is a lot like San Francisco. Same mentality.
