Well, I made a post over on the bowsite about this. I think there are many reasons why people do not comment on it. Personally, I think a lot has to do with people's fears of their applications being lost, not getting drawn, etc. This may be true or false, or perhaps, this guy is salt of the earth and did in fact make a mistake. Or perhaps, we all know that lines can get blurred when distinguishing between
For me, I call the BS card. If you look at the G&F website, the story is updated. Apparently, he turned himself in AFTER he shot a deer AND AFTER he was spotted by an outfitter AND AFTER the landowner notified G&F. So, I have a couple of questions, #1 Did he really turn himself in? #2How can you punch in the wrong codes on a GPS? (especially in this day and age of digital maps)
I would like to know the full story because I am sure that we are only hearing some of it. It would also be interesting to read the report of this as well.....isn't that public record?
