WOW! the price seems out of the norm by enough I would wonder. Their site looks good and their areas are good. From my days over there, the free state is a windy, cold desolate area, avoid! Here is what I caution to anybody going to SA. The really reputable outfitters there call them bed and breakfast ph's. PH's who do not have their own areas. Instead roam and buy up last minute game on ranches that they do not own or know that well. Can it work out? Sure, absolutley but often it doenst, or you have a sub-par time. I'm into the experiance and the laughs in camp! Not collecting, so I may be a little skewed in my thinking. I would ask: How many areas are we hunting? How large of an area are we hunting, total per ranch NOT how many total acres they have an opportunity to hunt because they will just add up all their areas and say "guys! you get to hunt over 100,00 acres!!" What's the trophy possibility? Not that it matters but make sure they didnt set you up with a cull type hunt. And make sure they put in WRITING what is not included in the hunt price and have them sign it!! call me if you have any questions. 406 539-0890 ryan. hope this helps a little??
