Unit 15, 17 or 34 Archery?

If you could one of these which one would you pick for archery elk?

Just my opinion, but I have guided all these units over the past 15 yrs. I have seen 15 slip quite a bit from 10 yrs ago. 15 has a good rep but I feel is a bit overrated for quality. Unit 17 and 13 are not easy hunts, but have some of the best bulls in all of the west!
