unit 16 Jan. bow hunt?

I drew this and am looking for any info on this hunt. I have been down there for the rifle hunt in Nov. but I assume that the deer will be down a lot lower at this time of the year. I am looking for what to expect as far as weather and how the roads are if wet. Also will the deer head for one area in the unit or are they spread out? I have hunted 16D and part of 16E in the unit, am I far off as far as where the deer will be that part of the year?
