Unit 38 Elk hunt

Hey guys, was wondering if anyone had any tips or general advice they could throw my way about this hunt ... I'm a native northern New Mexican my whole life but this year i drew the Unit 38 elk hunt ... havent ever spent much time in this area. Anyone hunted it before? Got any pics? Just wondering what I'm up against, not looking for your killer spot. Anything at all would be greatly appreciated (north end of unit, south end of unit, etc.), maybe i've got a tip or 2 i could throw your way for northern NM ... Thanks again!
