It's amazing how time flies! 48 hours from now we'll be back up on the mountain. After sweating our way up the mountain we'll sit, freezing while waiting for it to get light just hoping that a monster buck is in the draw below.
The way things are looking right now we won't be cold for long though. Weather is going to be dry with highs in the low to mid 70's in Northern and highs in the low to mid 80's down South. Sure the warm dry weather won't help our odds at harvesting a buck much but I'm very relieved to know that it's going to be this way. Our deer herd doesn't need to take another pounding like it did last year. Even with the warm, dry weather I'm sure a few of you are going to do just fine and can't wait to see the pictures. Good luck to everyone and don't forget your camera!
I hope you all have a fun and safe hunt.
Good luck!
