Wyoming License surrender?

I was wondering if Wyoming has a license surrender program? Thinking about turning a full price deer tag back in if I can.
I couldn't find anything on their website about it. Does any body have any info or knowledge about this?

I called and was told that they do not allow you to surrender your license.

Thanks Yeah I ended up just calling too.. Oh well its okay hell you can never have to many hunting tags. I guess I will just have to make the most of it.
