Youth 3a/c cow elk prep

Leaving Monday morning from California for 5 days of fun with my 11 yr old son. Got my maps and did my research. If anyone has any last minute updates or additional information they could share, that would be great. Please shoot me a pm. Looking forward to hiking, glassing, and if lucky, shooting.

anyplace along the 300 rd basically-north of the fence line for the reservation- in the old burn area - should produce elk

The 300rd is the direction everyone is pointing. Sounds like it may be crowded. Hopefully mid week will slow down. Looking for alternatives if anyone has any ideas. We hike, no atvs and such.
