12aw tag late hunt

Well my father hit it big drawing this tag, but we have a delima, we live in oregon, which puts a damper on scouting. If anyone has or would like to share any info on the unit and places to start looking it would be much apreciated.

Get some forest service maps. Check into prior years weather conditions at that time of year, be prepared for snow and kinda nasty road conditions down lower so bring chains/shovel. Look into Sowats area, there was a small fire this year in there............ Thanks, Allen Taylor......
