I wish i did take him, I drew a special permit for a different area, found out it was the first year the area was special permit and was pretty let down. Ill be ching for this guy this winter. Im lucky i work regulary in this winter range and get to see and take pics of lots of great bucks!! the only reason I wonder if this buck has genitic links to popey is because of the way his main beams flair out. He is deffinitly a smart old buck, this was one of the only pics I got of him that wasnt blury?
