how do you find out who has vouchers?

I am set to draw 76 bow next year and really want to get a tag so my dad can hunt with me.

Any way to find them?

Getting a voucher for 76 is VERY hard. 66 is easy
to find 76 forget it.We are trying to get a 76 voucher
