unit 27 new mexico

i posted this over on the coues section but since there are some mulies in this unit as well i thought i would ask here too. i drew the 12/4-12/6 hunt and will be able to scout a little before hand. i understand that there is quite a bit of private land but i am more interested in the public. if anyone has any information on what to expect or where to start my scouting i would really appreciate it. what caliber of mulies/coues should i hold out for? weather? access? does anyone here guide or know guides in this unit?

unit 27 are very good place.....

you should have a good season for unit 27 and an oryx tag!!!

p.s. what season for orxy? i ll be down in stallion range and rhodes canyon in December
