Colorado recap page

I think I am somewhat intelligent (others may argue that)but I cannot figure out the Colorado recap page for the life of me. I thought I knew how to read it and came up with only a handful of units that I could draw the season I wanted with no preference points but someone e-mailed me and said I could draw what I wanted in lots of units. I got back onto the page and I don't come up with that. How do you read that preference point crap at the right of the page? Its probably easy to figure out but I am having a hard time. Am I the only idiot? Some units are listed and don't tell you how many tags but it tells you how many people applied. That doesn't help me much. Anyone got any help!

I read "Reading Hunt Recap" on the attached link. It helps you understand what's going on. I was having trouble also until I read this. Take the time to read it and you should be on your way.
