Arizona's website has some of the changes (no on-line apps, 20% max points pool, loyalty bonus points, regs on-line May 2 and write a check to apply) but nothing an the price of tags.
Price is the same as last year. Price increases are for 06 and beyond. The 20% to max points will actually mean more nonresident tags until the conservation point comes into play, as more nonresidents have maximum points now. It all makes me think real hard about trying to just draw something with my second choice and be done with AZ. If it were not for desert bighorn it would be an easy choice for me.
