They say the show is filmed in Utah.
If it is you all have some beautiful country

Yep, my favorite series ever!

A lot of it is filmed here yes.
One of the ranch hands "Jake Ream" (Reams western wear) lives in Palmyra on his ranch and the majority of the livestock in the show are his. The bar fight scene was filmed in the Typsy Cow Saloon in Spanish Fork.

Can't wait till season 3!?

Slam dunk
That's so cool!
I haven't liked a TV show this much since the Sopranos

LAST EDITED ON Sep-03-19 AT 09:28PM (MST)[p]Lots of it is filmed in Summit County. Bunch of filming in Weber Canyon, coalville. Neat to watch the show and recognize so many Utah places.

I had a good friend (now deceased) who was an outfitter based in Darby. His ranch was right on the main highway, a stones throw away from the Bitterroot River. On one trip my wife and I went to visit, Art took us to see the Chief Joseph ranch. It was originally built as a "summer cabin" for some business tycoon. Wish I could afford a little summer cabin like that. :)

I think the show is really starting to heat up. Season 1 was kinda like "really, that can't happen" but after you get past the far fetched part of things it really is a good show full of suspense and twists and turns. It's a mix of the really old wild west and modern society. I will certainly be watching season 3 that's for sure.

One of my favorites

That's the one. mtmuley

I'm still waiting for another water trough scene.

?Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. "

I just love the Rip character. He?s someone I'd like to sit down and have quite a few beers with
along with some smooth bourbon to boot

On another note

Who would you not want to fight? Rip or Beth.
For me it would be Beth, at least if I fought Rip I might get my butt handed to me
but he would still respect me

Now Beth she would just keep kicking you whenever she was bored and couldn't find
anyone else to punish at the time

I think the two actors will win an Emmy or what ever they call that thing

I also agree with the above
When I first started watching the show it was a little far fetched but once you
get past that part it's a bunch of twists and turns with some beautiful country

I watched last week's episode last night, and I think there was a blooper in it. In the one scene with the first shootout the guy takes a gun out of the desk drawer. It appears to be a revolver, but when he starts shooting through the closet door it magically turns into a semi-auto.
