i have a deer tag for archery deer and hunting by dolan springs and kingman never hunted it before can yall please help thank you

Deer will be tough to come by near Dolan. Too hot! The Cerbats do have some deer, but quite low as far as densities from what I've seen. If you want to stay around Kingman, I would look into the Music Mountains, or the Aquarius Mountains over headed to Wikieup way. bing.com/maps shows the mountain ranges and names really well. Also check out the .gov suggestions: http://www.azgfd.gov/h_f/hunting_units_15b.shtml

Mike,

Where are you coming from? Expect low deer densities in the Musics & Cerbats.

15A&B are not what they once were...

The areas in green are sub-divided & black have access issues. Deer densities are extremely low & many bucks in the Dolan Area have be shot out. This area never did hold a large amount of deer. It is going to take years for these units to reproduce mature bucks, but with the subdivisions, predators, poachers & increased hunting pressure, they will never be back to the years of 10, 20 or 30 years ago...

i live in las vegas nv did not draw nevada 10 years elk and 3 years deer utah 2 years im tired of not gettin any tags so i decided to buy over the counter i only got weekends to hunt and would like to killa nice buck not alot of gas money

Head south or east of there. Like the old saying "head west young man", but not west!

Why didn't you do an archery tag for the Rubys? Easy to get and make one trip north and see allot of deer!

i aint waistin my points for that crappy tag ya you get up in the high country you see some very good bucks but there is not alot of them i no alot better areas. but its a 5 hour drive and i dont have the gas money for that i went down there yesterday on saturday and saw some beautiful country and saw 1 doe and 4 antelope i already no its gonna be a hard hunt but it not gonna dent my pocket book if yall know what i mean. ill keep searching if yall no any better areas please let me no maybe we can work out a deal i am a taxidermist

Are you working on your anger mangement, I believe the guy gave you good information a Tag for Dolan Springs or a tag for the Rubys, I'm guessing if you take a deer target down with ya, You can still get some shots in.
