Nevada results - what did you draw?

I drew archery mule deer 061, 062, 064, 066, 068. Don't know much about the units, but eager to start the research

    Beginner

As DeerHunter53 said, practice and practice some more. As far as the hunt goes, the biggest advice I can give is, pay attention to the wind at all times!!

    3 for 3 in Colorado

Just got back from a successful 3rd season trip to Colorado. After a tough first couple days, we were able to go 3 for 3 on 3 consecutive days. All 4 pointers, unfortunately my cousins buck broke off the back fork sometime between when we located him on Sunday morning and when he shot him on...

Lodging near Paonia Colorado for 4th season Mule Deer

We will be hunting 3rd season in the area. We will be staying at the Hotchkiss Inn. Seemed to be fairly centrally located for the units.

    Unit 521/52/411

I drew the 3rd season mule deer tag in this unit. Coming down from Idaho I probably wont get a trip down to scout outside of arriving a day or 2 early and a lot of escouting. I'm curious if there's anybody familiar with the unit that could help with some info? How are the roads, would it be wise...

    Post em up

Coming from Idaho, last season was my first time in NM. I absolutely loved it! I will be back. Came down 2 days before the opener, and within 30 minutes of hiking to scout, this bull pushed brought his cows past us at 100 yards, never knew we were there, bugling the whole time.
