Here on our place in Texas and many others in the area it has been studied over the years and they have come to the conclusion it is a Moss or Lichen growth on the granite boulder outcroppings in our area and is highly exacerbated during very wet...

    Daughters 45 elk tag

    Congrats congrats to you both, do not apologize for anything. I passed a tag 3 years ago to allow my 13 year old daughter to have it and it was one of the very best hunts I've ever been on (and yes she killed her first elk).
