Ain't that many of their kind still Alive much anymore!

Bucks (or gender confused) like this are numerous on the Paunsaugunt.
We were just down there, hunted 5 days and saw 6 of these.

Ask the biologist if they have ever studied it?

Here on our place in Texas and many others in the area it has been studied over the years and they have come to the conclusion it is a Moss or Lichen growth on the granite boulder outcroppings in our area and is highly exacerbated during very wet years.

So when they eat this Moss/Lichen it makes them go sterile, at least in the Bucks and they have this kind of odd antler growth.
I'm not sure if it has the same type affect on does or not but I would assume so.

I know one thing they really are good eating!!
