I got two $50 charges at 7:55 am today. Not the amounts I was hoping for.

100 tags - first 20 go to landowners - 80 tags left for the Res/NR split. Prior to this year NR got 35% so 28 tags - now they get 25% so 20 tags.

Actually it would be 8 less for NR on a 100 tag unit.

Not having time to scout is minor. Getting the tag is the bigger issue and nearly impossible when you tens of thousands of people clicking away simultaneously on the Wednesday am chit show.

I tried for a hunt code with 3 tags and hit the Confirm Choices button at 9:00:10 and they were all gone. I can't click any faster than that.

I've never been a fanboy of TV personalities but if I could choose one to spend a high country hunt with, it would be Nate Simmons.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but going complete draw would mean 20% of the tags going into the Landowner Preference Program which would suck.

I lost my excitement when they did away with random populating and went to the Wednesday morning fastest internet race and a system that cant handle the instantaneous load.

Agree on getting the elk tag. Where else can you buy a NR deer tag plus an elk tag for $233? Good luck.

What if all 12 of those tags were turned in by adults? Would only adults eligible to apply?
