Three days on new unit I never hunted. Saw bucks every morning, didn't need an average buck, two miles on foot, was successful for me.

There is not alot of antelope, better have lots of extra gas cans, or do some good scouting ahead of time to know where to go, not waste time driving around.

Had some success out in the snake valley unit of western UT. Old buck, a bit beat up but nice first pronghorn for my brother. 15 inches.

Yes there are alot of funnies, romantic hunts, interesting moments, but this post a few yrs ago made me cry, I guess in happiness, watching this girl struggle to 'call Mom, call Mom' in her excitement after shooting a mule deer! Wow!!
