Am I right in assuming that 2nd/3rd/4th choice selections aren't biased towards residents or non residents? IE: If it even reaches 2nd choice, then everyone is treated equally? Mike "~Who says deer don't eat Berger's???"

I like Idaho's draw system... only way I'd want it to change would be to go to Colorado's draw system with points only units. Non of this middle ground BS, but alas IDFG is too lazy and doesn't have the management skills to go to an all point system so lets keep it the way it is. My .02...
