    Antelope 043-046 info?

I drew my 4th choice tag for antelope in Nevada in unit group 043-046 and am looking for a little basic information. I have not been to that part of Nevada, but it sounds like ample public ground and a good population of speedgoats to have a good hunt. Would anyone recommend taking a side by...

    elk 54 type 1

I drew the same tag. Should be a good hunt if we can avoid any grizz issues. Good luck!

    Nevada Elk Help

Just keep applying, someone Has to draw those tags. I got lucky with 11 and drew my 3rd choice unit and killed a 370” bull on the late rifle hunt. It was a great hunt, and I really wish it wasn’t basically a once in a lifetime tag. I’d recommend applying for top tier units for the first...

Anyone remeber name of Tripod and accesory booth at expo in Mossbacks mount area at expo?

RE: Anyone remeber name of Tripod and accesory booth at expo in Mossbacks mount area at expo? Thanks for the responses, but It wasn?t the triclawps deal. I had never heard of the manufacturer before. I believe they were a new company at least new to the hunting market. It wasn?t the...

Anyone remeber name of Tripod and accesory booth at expo in Mossbacks mount area at expo? Does anyone remember the name of the company that made and sold the tripods in the booth that was tucked into the Mossback area at the Hunt Expo this year? They had a unique rifle clamp to go on a tripod...

    Turn tag back in?

Horn growth this year is about as good as you could ever ask for in Colorado. Just look at the bucks that have been hitting the ground. What if the weather next time you draw is the same or even warmer? You might have to hunt a little harder, but that unit is far from a gimmie hunt to start...

    NEW RIFLE FOR ELK

One of the 300's is where I would start, be it the wsm, win or ultra you can't go wrong for an elk rifle. Remington 700's are a great starting point and super easy to upgrade as you can afford in the future. After market parts like triggers and stocks can help make them even more accurate. To...

easton injexion arrows & deep six broadheads

Check out ramcats. I shot them last year and was very impressed. They fly extremely well at extended ranges, and penetration is awesome. They just released the deep six version with the 2012 upgrades, and I am ordering mine today. Good luck on the hunt.

    Kansas preference points?

Does anyone know if you can skip a year applying in Kansas for points and still keep what you have? I can't find it anywhere on their website. I have 3-4 points, and just keep having to many things get in the way to go. I would like to start just applying for points as often as necessary to...
